N. Korean external economic relations deputy minister heading to Moscow for talks - Russian embassy
PYONGYANG. July 13 (Interfax) - North Korean Deputy Minister of External Economic Relations Ri Kwang Gun is heading to Moscow for talks on relevant issues of bilateral interaction, the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang said on Facebook on Saturday.
"Pursuant to the agreements reached during the meeting of the co-chairs of the intergovernmental commission for commercial and economic and scientific and technical cooperation in Pyongyang on June 7, North Korean Deputy Minister of External Economic Relations Ri Kwang Gun is heading to Moscow on July 13 to discuss relevant issues of bilateral interaction," the embassy said.
