Moldovan president favors more intensive dialogue with U.S
CHISINAU. July 29 (Interfax) - Moldova should have a more intensive dialogue with the United States, the Moldovan presidential press service quoted President Igor Dodon as saying at a meeting with U.S. Ambassador in Chisinau Derek Hogan on Monday.
"A more intensive dialogue with our American partners is an indication of the right course chosen by the presidential office together with the unified parliament and government after the peaceful change of government. This shows yet again that we should promote a balanced foreign policy with countries of both the East and the West," Dodon said.
The Moldovan president and the U.S. ambassador considered the full range of Moldovan-U.S. relations and welcomed the fact that a bilateral dialogue has been more active of late, the presidential press service said.
