Surgutneftegas made 45-bln-ruble profit in Q2, partly covering Q1 loss - RAS report
MOSCOW. July 30 (Interfax) - Surgutneftegas saw a net loss of 37.93 billion rubles in H1 2019, compared with a loss of 82.728 billion rubles in Q1, thanks to a net profit of 44.8 billion rubles in Q2, according to the company's report to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS).
In H1, revenue increased 11% to 799 billion rubles, while profit from sales grew 16% to 211.81 billion rubles.
The balance of income and expenses in H1 was -309 billion rubles, compared with218 billion rubles in H1 2018, as a result of which the company saw a loss before taxes.
