Other populated localities attacked by militants include Al-Salihiyah in the Idlib governorate, Saraf, Chekurdjak, Qalaz Tahtani, Qensaqi, Qermel, Al-Ziara, Janajiq, Safsafa, Muqattal, and Qinsibba in the Latakia governorate, and also Jeid in the Hama governorate, he said.
Air defense systems of the Hmeimim airbase repelled a drone attack staged by militants in the northeast on Sunday, Bakin said. Six drones were used in the attack.
