Russia, China aim to boost trade turnover to $200 bln through joint energy, high-tech, agriculture projects - Medvedev
STRELNA. Sept 17 (Interfax) - Russia and China are planning to boost their trade turnover to $200 billion by 2024, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said.
"We're setting ourselves the goal of reaching $200 billion by 2024. We're planning to achieve this primarily through joint projects in the areas of energy, industry, high technology, and agriculture," Medvedev said on Tuesday during the 24th regular meeting between the Chinese and Russian heads of government
Last year, mutual trade increased by a quarter, to over $108 billion.
