Russia-Armenia relations have centuries-long history - Putin
YEREVAN. Oct 1 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin at the talks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has confirmed the strategic nature of bilateral relations.
"I want to confirm the strategic nature of our relations. They are tied not only by the events of recent years or decades, but are also fomented by centuries-long history of relations between our peoples. I want to congratulate you as the EAEU chair on the results of the Yerevan summit," Putin said at the meeting with Pashinyan.
The outcomes of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) summit in Yerevan "are really good," specifically "from the point of view of developing ties with our partners from third countries," he added.
