Roscosmos plans to make 10 Angara rockets annually from 2024 - Rogozin

MOSCOW. Oct 3 (Interfax) -The Omsk-based Polyot production enterprise will build ten Angara rockets a year starting from 2024, Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin told reporters.

"We proceed on the premise that starting from 2023 we will produce at least four Angara rockets [a year] in Omsk and will fully relocate the Angara's production there. And starting from 2024 we will produce eight heavy-weight Angara rockets and two light-weight rockets [a year]," Rogozin said.

A detailed schedule for transferring this manufacturing process to Omsk has already been signed, he said.
