Draft final document of Normandy Four summit tentatively agreed -source

MOSCOW/MINSK. Oct 4 (Interfax) - A draft final document of a Normandy Four summit has tentatively been agreed, an informed source told Interfax.

"The draft final document has tentatively been agreed. It contains a list of further steps related to the political and humanitarian settlement process in Donbas under the aegis of the Normandy format and as part of the implementation of the Minsk Package of Measures," the source said.

The document, however, does not include any points envisaging the transfer of control over this sector of the border in Donbas or the deployment of a peacekeeping mission in the region, he said.

"It is not ruled out that the possibility of an 'all known for all known [prisoners]' exchange might be touched upon individually," the source said.

The newspaper Kommersant said earlier that the above-mentioned document was being drawn up by advisors to the leaders of the Normandy Four countries, not within the Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine.
