Russia supports Baghdad-Erbil rapprochement - Lavrov

BAGHDAD. Oct 7 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has hailed improving relations between Baghdad and Erbil.

"Russia is pleased to see the tendency of improving, normalizing relations between Baghdad and Erbil," Lavrov said following talks with his Iraqi counterpart in Baghdad on Monday.
