Zelensky vows to end Donbas war but not at any cost

KYIV. Oct 26 (Interfax) - Ukraine will continue looking for ways to end the war in Donbas in national interests, but not at any price, President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on the Telegram social media website.

Commenting on his trip to the Luhansk regional village of Zolote on Saturday, Zelensky said that it was important for him to hear Ukrainians who are waiting for peace.

"This is the most important thing for me. We must look for ways and work to end this war. And not at any cost, I stress this. There will be no capitulation anyway. I am saying this as President and Supreme commander-in-chief. I am certain that we will succeed and Ukraine will be united again," Zelensky said.
