Transneft sees companies' nominations for oil transport in 2020 staying unchanged
BUDAPEST. Oct 31 (Interfax) - Transneft expects oil companies' nominations for transporting oil in 2020 to remain at this year's level, the Russian oil pipeline monopoly's president, Nikolai Tokarev told journalists.
"Nominations are now coming in, it would not be right to state something specific now. They are revised. Probably at the level of this year, most likely, plus or minus a bit," Tokarev said.
"In principle, there was an effect [from the OPEC+ deal to curb oil production]. Everyone agreed that this was done correctly, the economics were calculated, what it gave for the budget. It would be reasonable to go by this," Tokarev added.
