Ukraine ends redeployment of troops, weaponry in Bohdanivka-Petrivske disengagement section - JFO HQ

KYIV. Nov 11 (Interfax) - Ukrainian servicemen have completed their redeployment in disengagement section 3 in the area of the populated localities of Bohdanivka and Petrivske in the Donetsk Region, the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said.

"Forty-two Ukrainian servicemen, 48 pieces of small arms, three BMP-2 IFVs and two Ural trucks have changed their tactical position for the last three days, between November 9 and November 11. So, the Ukrainian side has already carried out the physical transfer of personnel and weaponry," according to the evening report, which was published on the Facebook page of the JFO press center on Monday evenin.

Meanwhile, the upper part of the main span of the bridge, which is being built there, was completely covered with lacquer in disengagement section 1 (Stanytsia Luhanska in the Luhansk Region) on Monday, the press center said.

At the same time, measures in disengagement section 2 near the populated locality of Zolote-4 in the Luhansk Region are under way. "Mine clearance efforts are completed; measures aimed at the synchronous and mirror dismantlement of certain fortifications and other military facilities are under way," the JFO press center said.

The practical phase of disengaging the forces and military hardware in Donbas was completed at noon on Monday in the third approved section, Bohdanivka-Petrivske, and mine clearance efforts will begin on Tuesday, spokesman of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Andriy Aheyev told Interfax earlier on Monday.
