Russia doesn't link arms exports to politics - Rostec head
DUBAI. Nov 18 (Interfax) - Russia does not link arms exports to politics, Rostec head Sergei Chemezov said.
"Our products are of better quality, they are more competitive and, what's more, they're reliable. Besides, our state arms program has yielded new products, which we can export," Chemezov told the press at the Dubai Airshow.
"Most importantly, we never link this process to politics. That's to say we never set political conditions for arms exports," he said.
Rosoboronexport head Alexander Mikheyev said earlier that his company exported $11 billion worth of weapons and concluded 800 contracts in 2019.
