T Plus shareholders approve 9M dividend payouts of 0.135 rubles per share

MOSCOW. Dec 5 (Interfax) - PJSC T Plus shareholders approved 9M dividend payouts of 0.135 rubles per share at an extraordinary general meeting, the company said.

The record date is December 11.

T Plus's equity is divided into 44,462,846,593 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 ruble. Dividend payouts could thus total 6 billion rubles.
