Zelensky: amending Ukraine's Constitution out of question
MOSCOW. Dec 10 (Interfax) - Ukraine does not intend to amend its Constitution under any external influence, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
"I'd like to underscore the principles I'll never break as president of Ukraine. For instance, these are the principles that will always protect the Ukrainian people: Ukraine is a united and whole country, amending the Constitution of Ukraine is out of the question, and we won't allow any external influence to affect the political course of Ukraine to be chosen by the Ukrainian people," he said after the Normandy Four summit in Paris.
