Abkhaz Security Council holds extraordinary meeting due to tense situation in Sukhum

SUKHUM. Jan 9 (Interfax) - The Abkhaz Security Council has discussed at an extraordinary meeting the current situation in the republic in light of actions undertaken by opposition forces, which stormed the building of the presidential administration, Secretary of the Security Council Muhammed Kilba told Interfax on Thursday.

"We have just held a meeting of the Security Council. It will be reported a little later about the decisions made at the meeting. A statement for the press is being prepared. There are no comments as of yet," Kilba said.
