Biosecurity bill passes 1st Duma reading
MOSCOW. Jan 21 (Interfax) - The Russian State Duma on Tuesday passed on first reading a bill entitled, "On biological security in the Russian Federation," setting out the principles of state regulation of biosecurity.
The bill No. 850485-7 was introduced by the government in December 2019.
