Former Abkhazian Prosecutor General Kvitsinia appointed acting Security Council secretary
SUKHUM. Jan 22 (Interfax) - Acting Abkhazian President Valery Bganba has appointed Beslan Kvitsinia as the acting secretary of the Abkhazian Security Council, the presidential press service said in a statement.
The executive order signed by Bganba on Wednesday "appoints Beslan Kvitsinia as the acting secretary of the Abkhazian Security Council."
Bganba relieved Abkhazian Security Council Secretary Mukhamed Kilba of duties on January 16. Kilba was serving in that capacity since October 2014.
Kvitsinia was a deputy prosecutor general from 2007 till 2011 and the republic's transport prosecutor in the earlier period.
