Suspension of Moscow lab's license won't affect doping testing of Russian athletes - RUSADA head Ganus
MOSCOW. Jan 23 (Interfax) - The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) will continue routine doping testing of Russian athletes despite the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) decision to suspend the license of the Moscow anti-doping laboratory, RUSADA General Director Yury Ganus told Interfax.
"This won't affect athletes. Their rights won't be violated. We will continue these tests. We will continue to make our work more effective," he said.
WADA earlier announced that it was suspending the license of the Moscow anti-doping laboratory.
