Head of Geotech Seismic Services becomes Transneft VP for capital construction, Sapsai to head pipeline design institute branch

MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - Sergei Shotsky has been named Transneft's vice president for capital construction as of January 27, the company said.

Alexei Sapsai, who previously held the post, will be head of Moskvagiprotruboprovod, a branch of the Transneft Group's Institute for Trunk Pipeline Design or Giprotruboprovod, Russia's leading design institute specializing in design and survey work in the sector of oil and oil products trunk pipeline transportation.

Shotsky, 48, was general director of PJSC Geotech Seismic Services before being appointed vice president of Transneft.

Vladimir Yadryshnikov, previously deputy head of Geotech Seismic Services, has become the company's acting general director.
