Transneft redirects oil meant for Belarusian refineries in Jan, no requests for Feb - Tokarev

MOSCOW. Jan 28 (Interfax) - Transneft in January redirected oil that could have been delivered to Belarusian refineries, including to ports, the pipeline monopoly's head Nikolai Tokarev told Interfax.

There have so far been no requests for pumping of oil to Belarusian refineries in February, the executive said.

"We had no problems. We redirected it, including to ports. This is a common practice. We talked about this, saying that this would not be a big problem for us. So far, there have been no requests for February. But if an agreement is reached with Safmar, we will pump the oil," he said.
