Working group members make 170 proposals concerning constitutional amendments, 115 proposals made by civic organizations
MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax) - Members of the working group for constitutional amendments have put forward 170 proposals, and more are coming, group co-chair, Director of the Russian government's Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law Talia Khabriyeva told Interfax.
"The working group has received 170 proposals from its members, and 115 from citizens and organizations in addition to the proposals made by State Duma deputies, and more [proposals] are being made," Khabriyeva said.
