Kozak promises to help reach commercial agreements on oil shipments between Russian, Belarusian companies
SOCHI. Feb 7 (Interfax) - Moscow and Minsk will continue talks on oil shipments solely on commercial terms, deputy head of the Russian Presidential Executive Office Dmitry Kozak said.
"We will help reach agreements between Russian producers and Belarusian consumers, but we cannot radically change conditions pertaining to the regulation of the oil industry in our country. As you know, oil prices are formed by the market, not by administrative measures," Kozak told reporters following talks between the presidents of Russia and Belarus in Sochi.
"All of this will stay the same," he said.
