Putin lauds effective efforts of Russian Foreign Ministry regarding Syria, Eurasian integration
MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has called the efforts taken by the Russian Foreign Ministry on the Syria track effective and said that the ministry's work in the field of Eurasian integration and stronger cooperation with India, China, and other countries has brought tangible results.
"Certain stabilization in Syria has been achieved and the intra-Syrian constitutional process has been launched much thanks to the effective work of the Russian Foreign Ministry. Tangible results have been achieved in the development of Eurasian integration and external affairs of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as allied relations in the CSTO. Cooperation with China, India, other Eurasian countries, and states of Latin America is strengthening. The dialogue with African states has reached a new level," Putin said in his greetings to the Russian Foreign Ministry staff on the occasion of Diplomat's Day.
The greetings were published by the Kremlin press service on Monday.
