Gazprom not considering move to single share for GEH subsidiaries
MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Gazprom is not considering having the subsidiaries of Gazprom Energoholding LLC (GEH) consolidate to a single share, a department head at the Russian gas giant, Alexander Rogov said.
"We are not considering the issue of moving to a single share at the moment, and we will not raise it in the near future," Rogov said at a meeting with investors.
GEH's structure is fairly stable and the power company is now in the process of integrating with other Gazprom divisions, Rogov said.
