Putin replaces Russian ambassador to Venezuela
MOSCOW. Feb 17 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Sergei Melik-Bagdasarov Russia's ambassador to Venezuela, relieving Vladimir Zayemsky of his duties in this office, which he occupied since 2009.
The relevant presidential decrees have been published on the official online database of legal information.
