Azerbaijan sets up operational hq to prevent coronavirus spread
BAKU. Feb 27 (Interfax) - The Azerbaijani government on Thursday set up a task group to prevent the threats of the coronavirus spreading into the country, its press service said.
"The operational headquarters consists of heads of relevant state bodies and government agencies," the statement reads.
Additionally, groups of experts have been formed to monitor every Azeri region and carry out prophylactics.
Azerbaijan has not registered Covid-19 infection cases, the press service said.
