New Russian-Ukrainian gas transit contracts to be governed by Swedish law - Naftogaz
KYIV. Dec 31 (Interfax) - The new transit contracts between Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine (GTSOU), Ukraine's Naftogaz and Russians Gazprom will be governed by Swedish law, Naftogaz CEO Andriy Kobolev told a press conference in Kyiv.
"It'll be Swedish [law]," he said.
