Lukashenko gives orders to complete oil talks with Russia and ensure refineries utilization

MINSK. Dec 31 (Interfax) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has given orders to start importing oil from sources other than Russian in the coming days.

"Primarily these are shipments by rail from Baltic ports and the use of the Druzhba pipeline for alternative deliveries," the BelTA News agency quoted the presidential press office as saying.
