Putin calls for completion of creation of national concept of financial security

MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - It is necessary to complete the creation of a national concept of financial security on a priority basis, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"Among the unconditional priorities is the completion of the creation of a national financial security concept. Its implementation is aimed at promoting modernization and development of the entire domestic so-called money laundering prevention system. It's important work to secure the interests of the state," Putin said at an event devoted to the 25th anniversary of the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring.

"It is necessary to facilitate procedures for good market players and at the same time tighten control over suspicious transactions," he said.
