Russia's DOM.RF developer mulling ways to simplify corporate procedures to facilitate quarterly dividends

MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - DOM.RF is exploring a process to pay out quarterly dividends, though this would require simplifying corporate procedures, CFO David Ovsepyan said during a broadcast on the T-Investments platform.

"There are a number of administrative constraints. This type of corporate action requires convening a general shareholders meeting. As you know, we are a company with state participation, and that renders it a bureaucratic, time-consuming process," Ovsepyan said in response to whether the company might shift to quarterly dividends.

"However, we have heard the request, and we are currently looking into it. We are considering it, and we would like to offer something unique. Once we have developed a process that balances the interests of the majority shareholder with the practicalities of executing corporate actions within the required timeframes, then we will certainly let everyone know," Ovsepyan added.

Alexei Pudovkin, a member of the DOM.RF management board, said that the company could provide the relevant information to the market next year, when it presents financial results for 2026.

"We still have a couple of months to reach a decision," Pudovkin said.

The company paid out 50% of net profit to shareholders at 246.88 rubles per share totaling approximately 44 billion rubles for 2025.

The company's dividend policy stipulates paying out dividends at 50% of net profit. DOM.RF forecasts net profit of 117 billion rubles in 2026.
