Moscow Exchange to include VK shares in IIM sector

MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - The Moscow Exchange has decided to include the ordinary shares of ICPJSC VK in the innovations and investments market (IIM) sector starting October 20, the trading venue said.

The company's shares are currently in the level 1 quotation list.

To be included in the IIM sector, issuers must meet certain requirements. Currently, it includes shares of companies such as PJSC Promomed , IVA , Ozon Pharmaceuticals , Whoosh Holding, Softline , Diasoft , and others. Issuers from the IIM sector become candidates for inclusion in the list of securities of the economy's innovative sector. If an investor has owned such shares for more than a year, the income from their sale is exempt from personal income tax.
