Russia's wheat exports fall 37.5% to 7 mln tonnes in July-Sept - Rusagrotrans
MOSCOW. Oct 7 (Interfax) - Russia exported nearly 7 million tonnes of wheat in July-September this year, down 37.5% from 11.3 million tonnes in the same period of 2025, the Rusagrotrans analytical center told Interfax.
The exports included 1.2 million tonnes to Egypt, 0.5 million tonnes to each of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, 0.45 million tonnes to Nigeria, 0.35 million tonnes to Kenya and 0.3 million tonnes to Bangladesh.
The center estimates wheat exports in September at nearly 2.7 million tonnes. About 80% of this consisted of combined shipments via Baltic Sea ports and to Central Asian countries.
