Buyout of Shishkarev's stake in Delo Group completed, final consolidation of Rosatom's logistics assets begins - Rosatom head

MOSCOW. Oct 7 (Interfax) - Rosatom, which owned 49% of the Delo group of companies, has closed the deal under the "Russian roulette" mechanism to buy out the stake (51%) of the group's partner, Sergei Shishkarev.

"We have completed the procedure to buy out Sergei Shishkarev's stake in the Delo group of companies. From this moment, we are beginning the final consolidation of all of Rosatom's logistics assets, the result of which will be the creation of the largest national company in the sphere of logistics," the head of Rosatom, Alexei Likhachev, was quoted as saying by the state corporation's press service.

Shishkarev confirmed that the deal to sell his stake in Delo Group to Rosatom has been closed. "The deal to sell my controlling stake in the Delo group of companies to the Rosatom state corporation has been completed," Shishkarev said.

The Rosatom state corporation announced in February that, amid disagreements with Shishkarev, it was launching the procedure of a mutual buyout offer ("Russian roulette") in the Delo group of companies. Under the terms of the "Russian roulette," the price for Shishkarev's buyout of Rosatom's stake was set at 74 billion rubles, and for Shishkarev's stake it was set at 77 billion rubles.
