MOSCOW. Oct 5 (Interfax) - The VK holding has sold its 40% share in Intickets LLC, the company operating cloud ticket sales platform Intickets.ru.

According to the SPARK-Interfax analytics system, the 40% share in Intickets LLC, which previously belonged to VK Company LLC, was purchased by TKI LLC on October 2. The latter company was registered on August 11, 2026 and belongs to Tatiana Kondratenko, who owns the remaining 60% of Intickets.

The VK holding's press service told Interfax that the share in the ticket service had indeed been sold.

VK did not disclose the financial parameters of the deal, but said that "the asset has been sold with a profit".

VK reported that it had purchased 40% of Intickets in May 2024. According to the SPARK-Interfax analytics system, Intickets LLC was registered in 2015 and earned a revenue of 898.2 million rubles in 2025, up 29.2%, and a net profit of 225.9 million rubles, almost double that of 2024.
