Crew Dragon spacecraft team with Russian cosmonaut enters ISS - NASA

WASHINGTON. Oct 2 (Interfax) - The Crew Dragon spacecraft docked with the International Space Station (ISS), and the spacecraft's crew entered the station on Friday (Moscow time), NASA said.

Crew 13 mission comprising Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergei Teteryatnikov, NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, and Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutryk arrived at the ISS. The Russian cosmonaut joined the mission under the cross-flights agreement between Roscosmos and NASA.

Roscosmos cosmonauts Pyotr Dubrov, Anna Kikina and Andrei Fedyayev, NASA astronauts Jessica Meir, Anil Menon and Jack Hathaway, and ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot from France welcomed the mission onboard.

The mission members will take some rest after being briefed on the ISS regulations and security measures, NASA said. They will be adapting to micro-gravity in the coming days.

They will also take up the ball from Crew 12 mission including Fedyayev, Meir, Hathaway and Adenot, who are going back to the Earth by the U.S. Crew Dragon spacecraft on October 5.

The Crew Dragon spacecraft automatically docked with the Harmony module of the U.S. segment of the station at 7:05 p.m. EDT on Thursday (2:05 a.m. Moscow time on Friday). A SpaceX Falcon 9 launch vehicle took off from Space Launch Complex 40 of the U.S. Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida on Thursday.
