Volume of radio-electronic equipment procured on Russia's regulated market rises 13% to 750 bln rubles in 2025

SOCHI. Sept 28 (Interfax) - The regulated market for radio-electronic equipment in Russia rose 13% year-on-year to 750 billion rubles in 2025, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said at the plenary session of the Microelectronics 2026 forum.

"It is evident that expanding the manufacturing of domestic goods requires sustained demand. The national regime that grants advantages to Russian electronics currently supports demand. Procurement of equipment on the regulated market rose 13% to 750 billion rubles last year, with the share of the segment reaching nearly 65%," Manturov said.

The share of the regulated market should continue growing, he said. "In the near term, the transition of critical information infrastructure entities to trusted domestic solutions will enable a substantial increase in the volume," Manturov said.

Furthermore, the government intends to expand the mechanism of guaranteed demand in the radio-electronics sector by targeting the electronic component base segment and utilizing forward contracts.

"The next step is designed to incentivize demand further specifically for Russian components. A forward contract mechanism incorporating liability for non-performance is being developed for the initial shipments of new products. This should provide manufacturers with a reliable order forecast following the completion of R&D, enabling them to transition to mass production with greater confidence," Manturov said.
