Nestle group of companies in Russia to continue commercial activity in full

MOSCOW. Sept 22 (Interfax) - The Nestle group of companies, whose assets in Russia have been transferred to the temporary management of JSC L.E.V. Management, continues to operate in full.

"The Nestle group of companies continues its commercial activity in Russia in full and provides assurance of its intentions to unconditionally fulfill all obligations to clients, partners and the workforce," the company said.

"The group expresses confidence that interaction with the team of managers of JSC L.E.V. Management will contribute to the further development of the company and the improvement in the efficiency of its work," it said.

In accordance with a decree of the Russian president of September 17, 2026, the shares in the company's charter capital have been transferred to the temporary management of JSC L.E.V. Management. "This action is not a nationalization of the company or a change of owner," the company said.

JSC L.E.V. Management was registered in Moscow in October 2024. The company's general director is Andrei Krayushkin. Information about the owners has not been disclosed. Judging by the disclosed financial statements for 2025, the company was not conducting active operations at that time.

Nestle has been operating in Russia since 1994. It owns six production sites located in the Kaluga, Vologda, Samara and Vladimir regions, and Perm and Krasnodar Territories.
