A Just Russia fails to pass 5% federal district threshold in State Duma elections - CEC after counting over 90% of votes

MOSCOW. Sept 21 (Interfax) - A Just Russia fails to pass the 5% federal district threshold in the State Duma elections, the Russian Central Elections Commission (CEC) said after counting 90.43% of votes.

A Just Russia still gains 4.95% of the vote and ranks fifth in the race.

United Russia is leading in the federal district with 57.86% of the vote, the CEC said.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation ranks second with 13.84% of the vote, and the Liberal Democratic Party ranks third with 8.9%.

New People is getting 7.94% of the vote, the CEC said.
