China's HNAC Technology planning to implement energy projects in Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan

TASHKENT. Sept 18 (Interfax) - China's HNAC Technology Co., Ltd. plans to implement energy and infrastructure projects in the Tashkent Region of Uzbekistan, the regional administration reported.

"A delegation led by Regional Governor Zoyir Mirzayev held talks with HNAC Technology Vice President Zhang Jincheng during a working visit to China. The meeting participants focused on potential cooperation in the areas of energy, automation, water management, renewable energy, energy storage systems, and modern engineering solutions," according to the statement.

The participants paid particular attention to implementing advanced technologies, improving energy efficiency, and expanding investment cooperation.

"The parties also reviewed specific proposals for the joint implementation of promising projects and the development of a long-term partnership. Following the talks, an agreement was signed to expand collaboration between the Tashkent Region and HNAC Technology," according to the press release.

Founded in 1993, HNAC Technology specializes in developing automation systems and digital technologies for hydropower, renewable energy, and electricity storage and distribution systems. The company operates in over 70 countries and is involved in several hydropower projects in Uzbekistan.
