Chinese investor to build warehouse complex in Primorye for 435 mln rubles
VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 17 (Interfax) - Zolotaya Gavan LLC will build a warehouse complex in Primorye Territory for developing cross-border logistics, and investment in the project will amount to 435.4 million rubles, the Far East Development Corporation (FEDC) said.
The project will be implemented as part of the Mikhailovsky advanced development territory. It is planned that the complex will launch operations in 2029.
The total building area will be over 16,000 square meters.
"The complex is being designed with universal purpose in mind, which will allow for the placement of both industrial and commercial cargo, including packaged-piece products, palletized cargo and container shipments," the owner of Zolotaya Gavan, Gao Rong, was quoted as saying.
The project provides for the shipment of cargo across the border with China.
According to the SPARK-Interfax analytical system, Zolotaya Gavan LLC was registered in 2025 in the village of Mikhailovka in Primorye Territory. The owner of the company is a Chinese citizen, Gao Rong.
