Dialogue on South African cosmonaut training in Russia underway - Roscosmos CEO

MOSCOW. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Training of a cosmonaut from the Republic of South Africa (RSA) in Russia is being discussed, Roscosmos General Director Dmitry Bakanov said.

"A Glonass [monitoring] station of ours is located in South Africa. The dialogue about a cosmonaut is underway, and as soon as we agree on anything, we will inform you in more detail," Bakanov told the Vesti News Service.
