Russia's non-commodity non-energy exports rise 3% to $58.8 bln in 6M - minister

VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Russia's non-commodity non-energy exports rose 3% to $58.8 billion in January-June 2026, from $57.1 billion a year previously, Industry and Trade Minister Anton Alikhanov told journalists on the on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum.

"The key sectors showing growth in industrial exports include chemical products, up 5.3%, in particular mineral and chemical fertilizers, up 10.4%, metallurgy and precious metals, up 5%, light industry, up 25%, and pharmaceuticals, perfumes, and cosmetics, up 11%," he said.

Alikhanov said that under the International Cooperation and Export national project, this year's target for non-commodity and non-energy exports is $155.25 billion, down 5% from 2025, when these exports were $163.7 billion, of which industrial goods are expected to account for $116.95 billion.
