Shares in VENTPROM plant transferred to state revenue in accordance with court ruling

YEKATERINBURG. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Shares in JSC Artyomovsky Machine Engineering Plant VENTPROM of the Sverdlovsk region have been transferred to state revenue in accordance with a decision by the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg, the company told Interfax.

"The nationalization has taken place, and the state has now become the shareholder of our company. We are working as usual; nothing has changed here, apart from the shareholder," a company representative said.

He said that 100% of the company had been transferred to the state in accordance with a decision by the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg from August 17.

According to the company's 2025 report, VENTPROM increased its net profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) 5.7-fold to 139.13 million rubles and revenue 5.7% to 3.03 billion rubles.

VENTPROM produces main mine ventilation equipment and ventilation equipment for tunnels and metros. According to the list of affiliated persons from March 31, 2018, Oleg Gorshkov owned a 27.9% stake in the company. It did not disclose any information on its owners after this point.
