TotalEnergies completes transfer of 10% stake in Arctic LNG 2 to Novatek subsidiary

MOSCOW. Aug 27 (Interfax) - France's TotalEnergies has completed the transfer of its 10% stake in Arctic LNG 2 LLC to NordLine LLC, which the company refers to as a subsidiary of Novatek .

TotalEnergies said it was therefore no longer a stakeholder in Arctic LNG 2.

TotalEnergies reserves the right to take back its share in the debt financing of the projects, which amounts to around $1.3 billion. This reimbursement could be carried out in future taking into account sanctions imposed, the press release says.
