Kazakhstan loses 3.5 mln tonnes of oil in attacks on CPC in 2026 - energy ministry
ASTANA. Aug 25 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan has lost 3.5 million tonnes of oil due to attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) this year, Kazakh Minister of Energy Erlan Akkenzhenov said.
"Due to the attacks in January and their continuation in June and July, our oil production sector has lost around 3.5 million tonnes of oil," Akkenzhenov said at a government briefing on Tuesday.
