Russia, Myanmar sign declaration to counter foreign sanctions
MOSCOW. Aug 18 (Interfax) - Russia and Myanmar have signed a declaration to counter sanctions and offset their negative effects.
The two countries exchanged signed documents after talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Myanmar's President Min Aung Hlaing at the Kremlin on Tuesday.
In particular, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his counterpart exchanged a declaration on ways and means of countering, mitigating and compensating the negative effects of unilateral coercive measures.
