HeadHunter buys 51% of platform for researching employee engagement and experience Happy Job
MOSCOW. Aug 14 (Interfax) - IPJSC Headhunter (HeadHunter, HH) has announced the acquisition of 51% of Happy Job, a technology platform for researching employee engagement and experience, the company said in a press release.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed in the press release.
Happy Job specializes in researching employee engagement, satisfaction and loyalty, measuring eNPS and other HR metrics. The platform allows employers to conduct research, analyze results and receive practical recommendations for team development and increasing employee engagement. Its website lists Sibur, Magnit, X5 (IKS 5), MTS, VTB and others among its clients.
The release specifies that the creators of the Happy Job platform, a team of methodologists, consultants, developers and designers led by the company's founder Alexei Klochkov, will continue to develop the product line and the quality of the project.
The legal entity of Happy Job, Happy Work LLC, was registered in 2009.
Before the deal, Klochkov held 65% of the company, Artyom Karmatskikh held 23% and Vadim Zavalov owned 12%.
In 2025, the company's revenue amounted to 440.56 million rubles and its net profit was 2 million rubles.
