Soyuz MS-30 manned spaceship to be launched to ISS in March 2027 - Russia's Cosmonaut Training Center

MOSCOW. Aug 14 (Interfax) - The Soyuz MS-30 spaceship with a Russian-U.S. crew will be launched from Baikonur to the International Space Station (ISS) in March next year, the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center said in a statement on its website.

"The launch has been scheduled for March 2027," the statement said.

Roscosmos cosmonauts Dmitry Petelin and Konstantin Borisov and NASA astronaut Deniz Burnham are the main crew of Soyuz MS-30, it said.

Burnham will be travelling to the ISS under the Russian-U.S. agreement on cross-flights.

The backups are Cosmonaut Training Center head Oleg Kononenko, cosmonaut Alexander Grebenkin and NASA astronaut Marcos Berrios, the statement said.

Roscosmos and NASA signed an agreement in July 2022 to ensure cross-flights of Russian cosmonauts by U.S. Crew Dragon spaceships and U.S. astronauts by Russian Soyuz MS.
