Russian aviation kerosene production expected to be 4% higher than July in Aug, stocks normal, can be increased - Energy Ministry

MOSCOW. Aug 10 (Interfax) - Production of aviation kerosene in Russia in August is expected at the level of August 2025, which is 4% higher than the level of July 2026, the Energy Ministry said.

"Stocks of aviation kerosene at the beginning of August of the current year are at the standard level for this product. In addition, due to production, there is currently an opportunity to additionally increase stocks," the ministry said.

The entire amount required for consumption will be satisfied by the level of production, and therefore production and consumption of kerosene are in balance, including through the use of Russian aviation fuel, it said.

The Energy Ministry, together with the Transport Ministry and the Federal Air Transport Agency, is continuously monitoring the situation, the ministry said.
